1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and phhsky ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the phhsky online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, services, and games (collectively, the "Platform").

phhsky reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure of your account.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Each account must be registered in your own legal name, and all information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and any authentication tokens);
• Notify phhsky immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or not;
• Not share, sell, transfer, or allow third-party access to your account under any circumstances.

phhsky is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. Regulatory Compliance and Licensing

phhsky operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the official government authority responsible for overseeing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines. All games, odds, and payouts are subject to PAGCOR guidelines and independent third-party audits to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws.

By using phhsky, you acknowledge and consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine law and agree that any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phhsky supports a variety of Philippine-based payment methods, including but not limited to:

• GCash (instant processing)
• Maya / PayMaya (instant processing)
• GrabPay (instant processing)
• QR Ph (5–10 minute processing)
• InstaPay / PesoNet bank transfers
• Online banking via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other accredited Philippine banks
• Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven CLiQQ

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate forfeiture of funds and account closure.

4.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically feasible;
• All bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal;
• phhsky reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence or request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 in a single transaction or PHP 200,000 within a 30-day period;
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from instant (GCash, Maya) to 1–3 business days (bank transfers), depending on the payment provider.

phhsky does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, for which phhsky is not responsible.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

phhsky offers a variety of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x, 40x) before they may be withdrawn as real money;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely;
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus funds are active, you may not place wagers exceeding a specified maximum bet amount (typically PHP 100–500 per spin or hand);

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phhsky is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including:

• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play;

• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating;

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through fraudulent or deceptive means;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phhsky staff members;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform.

phhsky reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where necessary. Players found to be in violation of these Terms forfeit all rights to their account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phhsky Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the exclusive property of phhsky or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on phhsky content;
• Use phhsky branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent;
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools;
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code of any phhsky software.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phhsky and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own negligence, misconduct, or breach of these Terms;
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials;
• Third-party payment processor delays, fees, or errors;
• Loss of data, winnings, or account access due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, network failures, etc.).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phhsky from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

11. Amendments to Terms

phhsky reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, Platform notification, or public announcement. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phhsky Platform shall first be submitted to phhsky's internal dispute resolution process.

If a resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

phhsky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

phhsky employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and strict access controls, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
